Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please allow 3-4 business days after delivery due date for product to be delivered. We do not offer returns or refunds for reasonable delayed items. Holidays Saturday and Sunday is not considered a business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only Partial or No Refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products that a worn damage without original tags or package
- - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are denied, then we will notify you by email or mail.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at genuus2020@gmail.com and send your item to: GEN U US PRODUCTS, 905 chittenden ave, Columbus OH 43211, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in their State or Country without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Customer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in their State or Country and any cause of action that relates to or arises from these Terms and/or the Services must be filed therein unless subject to the binding arbitration.
Arbitration. The Parties agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to these Terms and/or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the substantive laws in their State or Country and shall be brought for arbitration in their State or Country shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable. Nothing herein prevents either Party from seeking any interim injunction it deems necessary in order to preserve the status quo prior to the resolution of any dispute, in any jurisdiction.
SECTION MISCELLANEOUS
Each Party represents and warrants to the other that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that it is binding upon such Party and enforceable in accordance with its Terms.
Waiver. Any waiver of a right under these Terms of Service shall only be effective if agreed or declared in writing. A delay in exercising a right or the non-exercise of a right shall not be deemed a waiver and shall not prevent a Party from exercising that right in the future. The rights and remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law.
Force Majeure. Seller shall not be bound to meet any obligation if prevented from doing so as a consequence of acts of God or force majeure, including but not limited to measures taken or imposed by any government or public authority or in case of any other event beyond the control of us, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as storm, hurricane, fire, flood, earthquake), war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, states of emergency, government sanctions, embargos, nationalizations, strikes and breakdowns of public utilities (such as of electricity or telecommunication services). Seller shall use all reasonable efforts to notify Customer of the circumstances causing the delay and to resume performance as soon as possible, both without undue delay.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between the Parties as to the provision of the Services. No other Agreements, covenants, representations or warranties, express or implied, oral or written, have been made by the Parties concerning this Agreement.
